What supporting documents are required for the Ticketbay Entry Guarantee Service compensation?

All of the following documents must be submitted for compensation requests.

• Photo of the buyer’s ID
• Photo of the attendee’s ID (required if the buyer and attendee are different)
• Photo taken at the event venue (attendee’s face must be included)

※ Missing any required document may result in the compensation request being rejected.
