How do I apply for the Ticketbay Entry Guarantee Service compensation?
If you were denied entry using a ticket with the Ticketbay Entry Guarantee Service, you must apply for compensation within 1 hour of the event start time.
- Prepare supporting documents
Please prepare or take photos of the following documents.
- Photo of the attendee’s ID
- Photo of the buyer’s ID
>> Required for both if attendee and buyer are different
- Photo of a physical ticket or a screenshot of the mobile ticket
- Photo taken at the event venue (attendee’s face must be included)
- Submit the compensation request via 1:1 Inquiry
Go to Ticketbay → Customer Service → 1:1 Inquiry → Select the Ticketbay Entry Guarantee Service, then fill out the compensation request form and attach the required documents.
- Send the ticket to Ticketbay (mobile tickets excluded)
Physical tickets must be sent within 7 days after submitting the request.

Ticketbay reviews the request and provides the result within up to 15 days from the day the physical ticket is received.
