Are there cases where compensation is not available under the Ticketbay Entry Guarantee Service?
Compensation may not be provided or rejected during the review process in the following cases:
- Buyer-related reasons
- Entry was denied due to late arrival at the venue
- Failure to visit the venue due to transportation or personal reasons
- Failure to download the PIN/e-ticket in time
- Unable to verify the entry-denial incident
- Insufficient supporting documents
- Submission of information that donot match the facts
- Issues occurring after entry
- Issues such as seat problems or movement issues after entry are not eligible for compensation
- Organizer-related or external factors
- Event cancellation or postponement
- Natural disasters
→ In these cases, the standard refund process applies instead of the Ticketbay Entry Guarantee Service.
- Failure to meet compensation requirements
- ompensation request not submitted within 1 hour
- Required documents not submitted within the deadline provided by the company
- Fraudulent use
- Buyer and seller are the same person or acquaintances
- Any attempt to exploit the compensation system
Legal action or a claim for damages may be pursued in such cases.
