In what situations is compensation available under the Ticketbay Entry Guarantee Service?

Compensation is available only when all of the following conditions are met:

1. The Ticketbay Entry Guarantee Service was added at the time of payment
2. Entry was actually denied at the event venue or stadium
3. The compensation request is submitted within 1 hour of the event start time
