What does the buyer need to do during the 'Item Delivered' stage?
The required action depends on the delivery method. Please check the information below.
- Delivery
The ticket has been sent to the buyer, so please check the tracking information or the notification message.
- Office Pickup
Visit the Ticketbay office on the date you selected when placing your order to pick up your ticket.
- On-site Pickup
Please make sure to check the pickup time and location message sent before the event date.
