Review Operation Policy

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of this Policy is to establish the operational standards, the rights and obligations of reviewers, and the Company's administrative authority regarding the transaction review (hereinafter "Review") feature provided by Ticketbay Global (hereinafter the "Service").

Article 2 (Scope of Application)

  1. This Policy applies to all Members who write or view Reviews within the Service.
  2. This Policy applies in conjunction with the Ticketbay Global Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Matters not addressed in this Policy shall be governed by the Terms of Use.

Article 3 (Eligibility to Write Reviews)

  1. Only Members who have actually completed a transaction within the Service may write a Review.
  2. Only one Review may be written per transaction.
  3. Reviews may be written within 90 days from the date the purchase is confirmed.

Article 4 (Scope of Disclosure and Consent)

  1. Reviews are made public to all users of the Service immediately upon submission.
  2. The following information is disclosed alongside the Review:
    1. The reviewer's display name (masked Member ID)
    2. Review rating and content
    3. Date of submission
    4. The reviewer's country information
    5. The reviewer's transaction type
  3. The reviewer's email address, contact information, shipping address, and other personal details are not disclosed.
  4. By submitting a Review, the Member is deemed to have consented to its public disclosure.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

Members shall not engage in any of the following conduct when writing a Review:

  1. Writing false or exaggerated content unrelated to the actual transaction experience
  2. Writing content that defames or insults others
  3. Using profanity, vulgar language, hate speech, or other inappropriate language
  4. Including personal information of oneself or others (phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, bank account numbers, etc.)
  5. Including advertising, promotional, or spam content
  6. Including content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others
  7. Repeatedly posting reviews with identical or substantially similar content
  8. Writing content that violates applicable laws or is socially inappropriate

Article 6 (Rights of the Reviewer)

  1. Reviewers may modify or delete their Reviews at any time.
  2. Upon deletion of a Review, the display name, review content, and rating published on the Service shall be removed immediately.
  3. Deletion of a Review shall be deemed a withdrawal of consent to disclosure, and a deleted Review cannot be restored.
  4. Reviewers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their review data through Customer Support.

Article 7 (Company's Administrative Authority)

  1. The Company may hide or delete Reviews that constitute prohibited conduct under Article 5 without prior notice.
  2. The Company shall not arbitrarily modify the content of a Review. However, if personal information is included, the Company may mask only the relevant portion.
  3. The Company may restrict the review writing feature for Members who repeatedly engage in prohibited conduct.
  4. If the Company hides or deletes a Review, the reviewer shall be notified of the reason.

Article 8 (Reporting Reviews)

  1. Members who discover a Review that constitutes prohibited conduct under Article 5 may report it.
  2. The Company shall take appropriate action after reviewing the reported Review and notify the reporter of the outcome.

Article 9 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. The copyright of a Review belongs to the reviewer.
  2. By writing a Review, the reviewer agrees that the Company may post, display, and edit (limited to formatting adjustments) the Review within the Service for operational purposes.
  3. If the Company wishes to use a Review outside the Service (external advertising, provision to third parties, etc.), it shall obtain separate consent from the reviewer.

Article 10 (Handling of Reviews Upon Account Termination)

  1. Reviews shall be retained even after a Member terminates their account.
  2. If a Member wishes to have their Reviews deleted, they may delete them prior to account termination or request deletion through Customer Support after termination.
  3. Where retention is required by applicable laws, the data shall be retained for the legally prescribed period and then destroyed.

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company does not guarantee the content of Reviews written by Members and shall not be liable for disputes between Members arising from Review content.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for the loss of Review data caused by technical errors in the review system, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond its control.

Article 12 (Country-Specific Provisions)

In consideration of the global nature of the Service, the following additional provisions apply to users in the regions specified below.

  • EU/EEA Users (GDPR)
    • Legal basis for processing Review data: Consent given at the time of Review submission (GDPR Article 6(1)(a))
    • Members may withdraw consent and request deletion of their Review at any time.
    • Deletion of a Review shall include a request to remove search engine indexing (GDPR Article 17(2)).
    • Review data is transferred to servers located in South Korea, and the cross-border transfer provisions of the Privacy Policy apply.
  • Users in China (PIPL)
    • Separate individual consent shall be obtained for the public disclosure of Reviews (PIPL Article 25).
    • Upon withdrawal of consent, the Review shall be made private immediately.
    • Cross-border transfer of Review data of users in China shall comply with the requirements of PIPL Article 38.
  • California Users (CCPA)
    • Review data falls under the "customer records" category under the CCPA.
    • Members may request access to and deletion of their Review data.
    • The Company does not sell Review data to third parties.
  • Users in Japan (APPI)
    • The purpose of Review disclosure is specified in the purposes of use stated in the Privacy Policy.
    • Members shall be notified prior to any change in the purposes of use.

Article 13 (Amendments to the Policy)

  1. The Company may amend this Policy when there are grounds such as changes in applicable laws or changes in service operation policies.
  2. In the event of an amendment, the Company shall announce the changes through in-service notices at least 7 days prior to the effective date. However, for amendments that materially affect Members' rights, notice shall be given at least 30 days in advance.
  3. Members who do not agree to the amended Policy may delete their existing Reviews and discontinue writing Reviews.

Supplementary Provisions

  • This Policy shall take effect from August 6, 2026.
  • Reviews written prior to the effective date of this Policy shall be handled as follows:
    • Existing reviews by users in China (subject to PIPL): shall not be disclosed.
    • Existing reviews by users in other regions: shall be disclosed with the Member ID masked.
    • Reviewers who do not wish their reviews to be disclosed may request deletion.
