How are issues resolved when they arise?

If an issue occurs, please contact Ticketbay customer service.

An experienced customer service agent will check the transaction details, ticket delivery status, and ticket validity directly, and then take the following actions:

  • Ticket not delivered → full refund or replacement ticket
  • Mismatched or incorrect seat information → protection policy applied
  • Forgery or duplication → refund and seller penalties
  • Event cancellation → automatic refund

Additional evidence may be requested if necessary.
