1. Secure Safekeeping of Transaction Funds (Escrow)

   The payment amount is not released to the seller until the ticket is delivered and its validity is confirmed.

2. Ticketbay Entry Guarantee Service (Optional Guarantee Service)

   This is an optional guarantee service that refunds the payment amount after verification if entry is denied at the venue.

3. Refund Guarantee Policy

   If a performance or event is officially canceled, the full payment amount is automatically refunded.

4. Support from Specialists

   If an issue occurs, the customer service team checks it immediately and provides a refund or a replacement ticket depending on the situation to ensure a secure transaction.
