Ticketbay operates a secure payment system and buyer protection policy to help protect buyers’ payments. 

However, the scope of protection and refund eligibility may vary depending on the circumstances of each transaction and the terms and conditions of the applicable service.
 

Escrow Payment Protection
Ticketbay holds the payment until the buyer has received and reviewed the ticket and completed “Purchase Confirmation.” The payment is not released to the seller before then.

Ticket Delivery and Validity Protection
If the ticket is not delivered or is confirmed to be invalid, the full amount paid will be refunded.

Entry Protection Service (Optional / Paid)
If you use this service and are denied entry due to an issue with the organizer or the ticket itself, such as a name mismatch during identity verification or duplicate ticket issuance, the full amount paid will be refunded.

Automatic Refund for Canceled Events
If an event is officially canceled due to circumstances on the organizer’s side, the refund will be processed automatically without requiring a separate request.

Off-Platform Transactions Prohibited
Off-platform transactions, including private contact and external payments, are prohibited. If a violation is detected, restrictions may be placed on the user’s account.
