What are the customer service operating hours?

Ticketbay customer service operates based on Korea Standard Time (KST).

• Operating hours: 09:00~22:00 daily (Mon~Sun, including public holidays)
• Lunch break: 12:00~13:00 (Service is not available during this time)
• Closed: Korean national holiday seasons (Lunar New Year and Chuseok)

Inquiries received during operating hours are handled in the order they arrive, while those submitted outside operating hours are reviewed on the next business day.
