I accepted the replacement ticket but want to cancel it.

Even if you have already accepted a replacement ticket, you may check with customer service whether cancellation is possible as long as it has not yet been sent.
However, cancellation may be limited, if:

• the replacement ticket has already been dispatched, or
• the event date is very close.
