I incurred a loss due to the seller's cancellation of the transaction. How is this handled?

When a seller cancellation occurs, the buyer will receive a separate notification via email and social media message, and can select one of the following two options:

  1. Replacement Ticket
    • Not available for international delivery transactions
    • Only if at least 7 days remain before the event date
  2. A full refund of the payment amount

Compensation is provided to prevent any disadvantage to the buyer in the event of a seller's cancellation.

※ If the buyer declines or if a replacement ticket is unavailable, only the original payment amount will be refunded without additional compensation.
