Buy a ticket

1. Make a payment.
2. Once the payment is completed, a payment notification email will be sent to the seller.
3. Once the seller ships ticket and register delivery tracking number or deliver PDF file, a delivery completion email will be sent to the buyer.

   Paper ticket

   Seller will register the tracking number after shipment. You can check the status of your shipment by looking up the registered tracking number.

   E-Ticket

   Seller will deliver the information required to enter and use the ticket through Ticketbay for E-tickets.

   Other tickets

   Usage methods for other tickets vary by product, so please check the exact transaction method described by the seller in the offer prior to making a payment.

4. When you [Confirm Purchase] once you receive your purchased ticket, the transaction will be completed and the payment will be sent to the seller.

   For E-ticket and other tickets which are not delivered by paper tickets, please confirm your
   order after viewing(using) for a safe transaction.
