I'm curious about FANding.

What is FANding?

This is a service that allows any fan to freely purchase advertisements together with other fans for the amount they want. If the FANding project is successful, the advertisement will be displayed.

How to buy a FANding?

Select [FANding Project] of the desired star in Ticketbay Fandom Market → Purchase the amount as you want → FANding success when the remaining quantity of the product reaches 0 → Advertisement executed

Ex 1)
Total quantity and amount available for each purchase by per FANding project will be presented. For example, if the total quantity is 50 and the purchasable amount per time is 10,000 KRW, FANding success when all 50 are sold within the project period. Then the advertisement is executed.

Ex 2)
There is no limit to the number of purchases at the time of payment, and you can purchase as many as you want.

What happens if the FANding is not successful (if the advertisement quantity remains)?

If FANding joint purchase fails, the advertisement will not be executed and all participated purchases in the FANding will be fully refunded.

Even if the FANding is successful, advertising may not be available for certain items depending on the advertising account situation. If advertising is unavailable, all participated purchases will be refunded in full.

There is no FANding(Advertisement) project for my desired star

Don't worry :) If you apply for the advertisement and theme of the star you want to Ticketbay, we will create a project after confirmation.

How can I submit the advertisement materials?

• 1) All advertisements are executed with the material created by the fans, and all legal responsibility for the use of images and materials lies with the material creator.
• 2) How to submit the advertisement materials : Send an e-mail to ticketbayfanding@gmail.com
  (* Required to fill in the order number, product name, and Ticketbay ID upon submission)
• 3) Advertisement Material Submission Period: Accepted by the next day(D+1) of the FANding project deadline, and the material submission deadline can be checked on each product page.
• 4) Advertisement Material Guide: You can check it on each product page, and make sure to check the file format/size/capacity, etc.
• 5) One of the submitted materials will be selected and the advertisement will be executed.
