How does a delivery-type ticket transaction work?

A delivery transaction proceeds in the following order:

1. Payment complete
2. Seller sends ticket to Ticketbay
3. Ticketbay’s inspection
4. Resent to the buyer
5. Received by the buyer → Transaction complete

Ticketbay conducts an intermediate inspection to ensure transaction safety.
