What should I do if there is a delivery issue?
Please submit a 1:1 inquiry with supporting documents (files or images).
▣ Examples of acceptable supporting documents- Delivery tracking records
- Example: Marked as 'Delivered' but not actually received
Tracking history showing departure and arrival status - Communication with the courier
- Call or message records with the delivery driver or the courier’s customer service etc.
- Order and payment details
Providing more supporting documents allows for quicker review and resolution.
